During our visit to the area dinner at the end of the shift was the highlight of the crews day, the staff was amazing, the food couldn't have been better. Definitely a prized establishment

This place is great! The staff is great and our server Kayla was great too! The restaurant and its facilities are clean. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. We ordered the Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Hot Roast Beef, Oreo Pie, and Strawberry/Rhubarb Pie. Highly recommend either dish. If you're looking for a great place to eat, Klunder's Kafe is worth the drive from anywhere. Parking is an issue, their parking lot needs to be bigger. We parked across the street at Kwik Star.

Kayla was hands down the best server I ever encountered. Right when we walked through the door she greeted us with a warm smile. She took care of us the entire time. The whole staff was friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KAYLA AND THIS PLACE! Best dessert I EVER had in my life.

This was my first time here. We were traveling through and stopped based on the other reviews. Everything was cooked perfectly, it was great tasting. Several of us had the hot beef with mashed potatoes. This is what they are highly known for, and the quality shows. Very filling and a can’t go wrong lunch. And of course, if you stop here, you must try the pie. The wide range of options are unbelievable. And the pieces are very big. Can’t go wrong on the pie. If you’re in the area, you really need to stop here. And the service was very friendly and family like.

First timer. OTR Truck driver in n town. While waiting to get unloaded, Had the haystack breakfast with a delicious thick buttery pancake. . Delicious food. Tasty. Cook to perfection. Definitely my spot when I come back.

I've had to travel through New Hampton for the last month for. work a few times a week and this is a great place to stop for homemade delicious pie and cake. The other food is great as well but the pie is more photogenic.

An Iowa must! their food is so good i regularly drive from sumner to new hampton for any time of day meal but we all know breakfast is busy as it gets. they have amazing homemade baked pies and bars of all kinds all the time. this place is hitting home runs alllllll day! everyday! if anyone from klunders reads this, my whole family loves what you guys do. thank you for being so great at the restaurant thing for us locals
